What happens after a request, what to prepare and how to check your first group of managed devices.
Agree your setup
Discuss enrollment, administrator access and service terms. If documents need more than the 3 GB included per organization, discuss additional storage with your account manager. A form submission does not create an account.
Prepare a pilot group
Start with a small group of eligible devices. Have the relevant Apple enrollment information, owners and work settings ready. Never send passwords through the request form.
Check before expanding
Review device contact, profile results, applications and Companion access. Move to the wider team after the required workflows have been checked.
