Documents with acknowledgement deadlines
You do not need a separate app to manage and read corporate documents. Document management is built into the MDM console, with a convenient reading interface in Turuk Companion. These features are included for every Turuk customer at no extra cost.
Assign a document
Add a guide, policy or work reference and choose its recipients. Employees access their assigned documents in Turuk Companion.
Set a deadline
Require acknowledgement and choose the date by which employees should review the document.
Review in the app
Employees open the document in the built-in reader and tap the acknowledgement button. They can reopen it while the organization continues to provide access.
Review the result
The console shows who acknowledged the document, when they did so and who is still pending. Deadlines help identify overdue assignments; export the report as CSV.
Acknowledgement is an explicit employee action. Opening a document alone does not establish that it has been read or understood.
News and notifications for employees
Send announcements to everyone, a group or an individual recipient. News appears in Turuk Companion.
- Schedule when a message becomes available and when it expires.
- Include a link to further details or a work resource.
- Receiving push notifications depends on app permissions and device connectivity.

The employee starts broadcasting through Companion on their iPhone or iPad. The MDM administrator sees the screen and explains the next steps: which section to open, where to tap and how to check the result.
- The employee approves the system prompt on their device before broadcasting starts.
- This provides iOS/iPadOS screen viewing, not remote tap control. Mac connections use a separate method.
